Quantum Computing in Simple Terms
Quantum computing is a type of computing that uses the principles of quantum physics to perform calculations. In classical computing, data is processed in binary form (1s and 0s), but in quantum computing, data is processed in quantum bits, or qubits, which can represent both 1s and 0s simultaneously. This allows quantum computers to perform certain types of calculations much faster than classical computers.
One of the key principles of quantum computing is superposition, which allows a qubit to exist in multiple states at the same time. Another important principle is entanglement, which allows two qubits to become connected in a way that their states are correlated even when separated by large distances.
